This trip is designed for anyone looking to explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline from the water. You will get to experience world renowned scenery from the peace and tranquility of the sea.

Itinerary
Day 1 (Friday 24th)
2pm - Arrive and meet coaches for introductions and outline of the plan for the weekend.
3pm - Relaxing introduction swim at the local beach to get to know group.
6pm onwards - Evening at Leisure.
*Opportunity to have additional swim coaching/ analysis is desired in evening. (must be booked in advance)*
Day 2 (Saturday 25th)
10am - Meet coaches in Tenby for the first iconic swim of the weekend exploring all three beaches the town has to offer. (distance to suit ability)
1pm - 2pm - Break for Lunch
2pm - Short journey over to Lydstep bay for a discovery swim along the coastline.
6pm - Group meal out at local restaurant.
Day 3 (Sunday 26th).
10am - Meet coaches at Stackpole to swim between Stackpole quay and barafundle bay for one of the the most spectacular swims of the weekend .
12:30pm - 1:30pm - Break for Lunch
2pm - Short journey over to Broad Haven South for the second iconic swim exploring a hidden sea cave rarely explored by other..
4:30pm - Group debrief and departures
